چکیده
Diseases are most dangerous and spread rapidly. Hundreds of the people affected with bacteria, viral fungal diseases its prevention is difficult even though many drugs were developed. Fruits consists phytochemicals, vitamins dietary fibers that help in treating different man. Diets rich fruits prevent man from dread full like cancer, cardiovascular other chronic diseases. Dumping fruit waste industries, commercial areas, houses markets became serious environmental issue today. So utilization bioactive compounds can to benefit society. This paper reviews present Ananus comosus (Pineapple), Malus domestica (Apple), Musa acuminata (Banana), Mangifera indica (Mango), Vitis vinifera (Grapes), Psidium guajava (Guava), Manilkara zapota (Sapota) their extraction techniques throws light on benefits.

Pomegranate fruit ripening: nutritional and bioactive compounds
Pomegranate fruit undergoes several biochemical changes during growth and ripening on tree leading to the fruit to reach an optimal quality at full ripening stage. These changes are increase in sugar concentration (glucose and fructose), diminution in total acidity (citric and malic acids) and increase in anthocyanin concentration. In addition an increase occurs in antioxidant activity which re...
متن کاملAntagonistic activity of bioactive compounds extracted from cyanobacterium Oscillatoria isolated from oil refinery waste
The aim of the present study was to isolate cyanobacteria from oil refinery waste water and detection of antagonistic activity of their extracts on four species of pathogenic bacteria. The cyanobacterium was isolated and purified on Blue green algae medium number 11 (BG-11) medium. Methanol and water extracts prepared from the cultured cyanobacterium after 45 days growth on BG-11 medium. The bi...

متن کاملPotential of Fruit Wastes as Natural Resources of Bioactive Compounds
Fruit wastes are one of the main sources of municipal waste. In order to explore the potential of fruit wastes as natural resources of bioactive compounds, the antioxidant potency and total phenolic contents (TPC) of lipophilic and hydrophilic components in wastes (peel and seed) of 50 fruits were systematically evaluated. The results showed that different fruit residues had diverse antioxidant...
